What's the difference between a dated and an undated planner?

A dated (Yearly) planner is tied to a specific calendar year, with real dates and weekdays throughout — you can pick the current year or the upcoming year. An undated (Custom Start Month) planner instead runs for 12 months from whichever month you choose, still with real dates and weekdays, so you can start it any time.

Which years / start months can I choose?

Your access code determines the window: a dated planner offers the calendar year your code was issued in and the year it expires in; an undated planner offers any 12-month start window within the year your access stays valid. This means a code bought mid-year still gets a sensible range to choose from — it's based on when you bought, not just today's date.

How long does it take to generate my PDF?

A fully-loaded planner (every section switched on) can take over a minute to build — the tool shows a progress indicator while it works. Turning off sections you don't want will generally make it faster.

What can I actually customise?

Your colour theme and light/dark mode, one of twelve cover designs, page orientation, and which sections are included — Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly and Daily pages, plus extras like a Vision Board, Bucket List, Dream Log and more. Daily pages let you choose an hourly or block-style layout and pick which modules (meals, workout, to-do, notes, and others) appear. You can also mark national/bank holidays for one of 60+ countries on a dated planner.

How do I get my planner into GoodNotes?

Open GoodNotes, start a new document, and use its Import PDF option to bring in the file you downloaded — it'll come in as a normal multi-page GoodNotes document you can write on straight away.

Can I re-download my planner later?

Save your PDF as soon as it downloads — the download link is only valid for that one generation, so there's no separate copy kept for later. If you lose it, come back and generate again with the same settings.

I made a mistake in my settings — can I fix it?

Yes — just go back into the customiser, adjust whatever you want changed, and generate again. Each generation is independent, so there's no limit on trying again until it's right.

How do I buy a planner today?

Purchases happen through Etsy. Your order includes an access link or code — open the link to unlock the customiser directly, or enter the code by hand on the unlock page.
